RainSHIELD is KOMBI’s signature fabric that redefines what rain accessories can be. It blends durability, softness, and stretch for unmatched comfort and ease of movement. Developed from generations of experience mastering outdoor conditions, RainSHIELD is the latest step in our journey of innovation.

This fabric is durable yet lightweight, made of 70% polyester and 30% polyurethane with mechanical stretch. It is abrasion resistant, able to withstand sharp edges and scratches. With a 10,000 mm waterproof rating and 5,000 mm breathability (10K/5K), RainSHIELD keeps water out while letting moisture escape, making it reliable for everyday use.

WATERGUARD+ is KOMBI’s exclusive membrane that acts like a shield against rain and snow. Built into The Drop, it delivers 20,000 mm waterproofing, strong enough to block heavy downpours and wet snow. At the same time, its 30,000 mm breathability lets heat and moisture escape quickly. The result: dry hands on the outside, without clamminess or overheating on the inside.
